1. Digital Goods Exempt from Returns

The products we sell are "Digital Goods" (Account Credentials/Access Keys). Once these credentials have been delivered to you via WhatsApp or Email, the product is considered "consumed" as the secret information is now known to you. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.

2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund ONLY under the following specific circumstances:

• Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the account credentials within 24 hours of your payment confirmation.
• Out of Stock: If you paid for an item that is currently out of stock and we cannot restock it within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Conditions for Replacement

We offer a replacement guarantee if:

• The account credentials provided are invalid upon your first login attempt. You must report this within 2 hours of delivery.
• The account has a pre-existing ban or restriction before you started using it.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will NOT be granted if:

• You simply changed your mind after the purchase.
• You do not know how to use the software/tools provided.
• The account gets banned or restricted due to your violation of Google's Terms of Service (e.g., generating prohibited content, spamming, using flagged IPs).

5. Chargebacks

Attempting a chargeback or dispute via PayPal/Bank without contacting our support first will result in an immediate blacklist from all our future services and the account in question will be revoked instantly.

1. Service Description

BuyVeo3Ultra provides access management services. We sell secondary access to accounts that have specific AI features enabled. We are a third-party reseller and are not directly affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

2. User Responsibilities

• Secure Your Account: Upon receiving your credentials, you MUST change the password and add your own recovery email/phone immediately. We are not responsible for unauthorized access if you fail to secure the account.
• Legal Usage: You agree to use the account and AI tools for lawful purposes only. You must not generate illegal, harmful, or prohibited content as defined by the AI model's usage policies.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not resell, share, or distribute the account credentials to others.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyVeo3Ultra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the account.

4. Account Lifespan & Warranty

Accounts are sold with a specific validity period (e.g., 1 Month, 1 Year). We guarantee the account will work for the paid duration, provided you do not violate the terms. After the validity period expires, renewal is subject to availability.

5. Delivery Timeframe

While we aim for instant delivery (within 30 minutes), delivery times may vary due to stock availability or timezone differences. Maximum delivery time is 24 hours.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our service constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
